recommended procedure

BURNOUT: Burnout takes place from cold furnace to 1350°F. Then Heat soak a minimum of 1 hour depending on how many rings are being run.

CASTING: Cast with induction casting machine, spin arm for 1 - 15 seconds after the melt.

Let casting bench cool to room temperature.
Do not quench!

Nickel: 80.2% NOMINAL
Chromium: 14.0% NOMINAL
Molybdenum: 4.8% NOMINAL
Beryllium: 1.0%

Casting Temperature: 2400°F - 2450°F
WARNING

Contains Nickel and should not be used for individuals with a known Nickel sensitivity. Contains Beryllium - Beryllium dust can be toxic - do not inhale. grind and polish with adequate ventilation only.
